Cookies & site storage
1. The short version
Claaro.com uses one non-essential third-party technology: Leady, a B2B service that tells us which companies visit our website. It only ever loads if you explicitly agree. If you reject, or simply ignore the banner, the Leady script is never requested and none of its storage is created.
We do not use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, HubSpot tracking, Hotjar, Clarity, or session replay. We do not embed third-party iframes (YouTube, Vimeo, reCAPTCHA). Web fonts are served from our own domain.
2. Your choice
You can change your mind at any time, and as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing takes effect immediately — we delete the Leady storage we can reach and reload the page so the script stops running.
3. What we store on your device
Always present — strictly necessary, first-party, never sent to our servers or shared with anyone:

4. What Leady receives, and why we use it
When the Leady script runs it sends to leady.com: your IP address, browser user-agent, the page URL you are on, the referring URL, and event timestamps. Leady resolves the IP address to the organisation that owns it and reports to us that, for example, "someone at Acme s.r.o. read your pricing page".
We use this for one reason: we sell facility-management software to businesses, and it helps us understand which companies are interested so our sales team can follow up. Leady states that it attributes visits only to registered companies, never to named individuals or sole traders. We nonetheless treat this as requiring your consent, because an IP address is personal data and the script writes to your device.
Legal basis: your consent — Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) for the storage on your device, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the processing of your IP address. There is no other basis; if you say no, nothing happens.
5. Why we ask, and why we did not before
Until July 2026 this site loaded no third-party technology at all, so no consent banner was needed and this page said as much. Adding Leady changed that, and we updated this page before the change went live — as we promised we would.
The banner offers "Accept" and "Reject" as equally prominent, one-click options. There are no pre-ticked boxes, no cookie wall, and no penalty for refusing: the entire site works identically either way. Ignoring the banner counts as refusal, not agreement.
6. Managing storage yourself
Rejecting on this page removes everything we are able to remove. The one exception is the c cookie, which belongs to t.leady.comrather than to us — browser security rules mean our site cannot delete another domain's cookie. Most browsers now block third-party cookies by default, in which case it is never set at all. To clear it yourself, use your browser's site-data settings (Chrome & Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies → See all site data; Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data; Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data) and remove entries for leady.com.
The same settings clear our own first-party items. Doing so simply means we show our entry animations again, ask you to pick a language, and ask for your cookie choice once more.
7. If this ever changes again
If we add any further technology that does not qualify for the strictly-necessary exemption, we will update this page before it is deployed, keep Accept and Reject equally prominent and one click apart, block the technology from running until you have chosen, and let you change or withdraw your choice from this page at any time.
